Privacy policy

Grows Itself (growsitself.com) is operated by BlackSig Systems LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or join the early-access list, what we do with it and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you join early access or apply for done-for-you, we store:

• your email address;
• the lane you picked: creator or business;
• where you signed up: which form on the page you used, plus a referral tag if the link you followed carried one (for example ?ref= or utm_source);
• the date and time you signed up.

We don’t ask for your name, phone number or Instagram password. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To email you about Grows Itself: early-access news, when doors open and founding-member offers.
• To reply to a done-for-you application.
• To see which channels bring people to the list, counted in aggregate.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with advertisers. Every email we send has a way to stop receiving them.

Where it’s stored

Signups are stored in a database run by Supabase. The site is hosted by Vercel. When we start sending email, we’ll use an email delivery provider to do it. These companies process data on our behalf and only to provide their service to us. Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where they operate.

The website can only add new signups to the list; it can’t read them back. Only our team can view the list.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup while the early-access list and the product exist, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email hello@growsitself.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll handle it within 30 days. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may give you further rights; we’ll honor them.

Children

Grows Itself isn’t meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

When the product launches

The software will need more than an email address: account details, payment through a payment provider, and data from the Instagram account you connect. We’ll update this policy to cover that before we collect any of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date. If the change is significant, we’ll email the list.
